Return & Refund Policy
Custom-Made Items:
Custom-made items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged. In the event that your custom item is received in damaged condition, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please include clear photographs of the damage in your message.
Please note that accurate sizing is the responsibility of the customer. Custom items will be produced according to the size specifications you provide at the time of purchase.
Non-Custom Items:
We offer a 30-day return policy on non-custom items. This means you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

In its original condition (unworn or unused)

With tags attached
-
In the original packaging

Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
How to Initiate a Return:
To start a return, please email us at awakedesigns21@gmail.com. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send the item.
Please note: Items sent back without prior return authorization will not be accepted. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days so we can evaluate the issue and take appropriate action.

Exchanges:
If you wish to exchange an item, we recommend returning the original item (following the return process above) and placing a new order for the desired item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund approval status. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 20 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received the funds, please contact us at awakedesigns21@gmail.com.
